The Official Concert Celebration

Following his retirement in 2019, Ennio Morricone began working with his son, (film)composer and conductor Andrea Morricone and concert producers GEA Live on the format of a new arena spectacular around his body of work.

By mid 2020, the Maestro had curated the programme for a fully produced new show with clips from the greatest classic filmhits, intelligent lighting and with the handpicked favourite soloists to be featured on stage alongside symphony orchestras and choirs, under the baton of his son Andrea Morricone. On July 6th 2020, Ennio Morricone passed at age 91.

The programme will not only include the most beloved compositions and scenes from the movies, but also pay hommage to the Maestro, with never before seen footage of the legend at work.
